    Yes. The contract you sign with COSMOHUB serves as official proof of your business address. It is recognized by competent state authorities and fully compliant with all applicable regulations in BiH.

  • Does the Tax Administration accept your address?

    Yes, absolutely. Our address is fully recognized, and over 100 registered companies operate smoothly using our location as their official headquarters.

  • Can I move the headquarters of an existing company to COSMOHUB?

    Yes. The procedure involves a standard address change in the official court registry. We issue all the necessary documentation immediately, and the entire process usually takes between 3 to 15 business days, depending on court processing times.

  • How long does the entire setup take?

    We draft the agreement and finalize all initial paperwork the very same day. After that, company registration proceeds through the standard path with the competent authorities.

  • What happens when my mail arrives?

    We notify you immediately via email or phone, and you can pick up your physical mail whenever it suits you. If you choose our Extra or Advanced package, we also scan and email your documents instantly.

  • Can official inspections be conducted at this address?

    Yes. In accordance with the law, official inspections (such as Tax Administration or Municipal inspectors) can visit your registered address. When an inspector arrives, our team receives them professionally, verifies their credentials, and contacts you immediately so the inspection can proceed without any issues.

  • Can I register a sole proprietorship (obrt) or only an LLC (d.o.o.)?

    Yes, you can register both. Our address supports LLCs (d.o.o.), sole proprietorships (obrt), crafts, associations (NOGs/NGOs), and representative offices of foreign companies.

  • Are there any hidden costs or security deposits?

    No. We charge a fixed monthly fee with no hidden costs, no security deposits, and no rigid long-term contracts. You receive one clear invoice per month.

  • Can I use the workspace and meeting rooms with a Virtual Office plan?

    You can rent a dedicated desk to work from daily, and the Virtual Office service is included at no extra charge—you only pay for the desk.


    If you don't need a daily desk, our Extra plan includes 6 hours of meeting room access per month, while our Advanced plan includes 10 hours of meeting room access plus 3 free coworking days.

  • Can I change my plan later?

    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with a simple 30-day prior notice.
